Not yet registered = selection process; register for the selection process using the form on the website

Approved by the selection process = register using the form sent to you

Invited directly = register using the form sent to you

Participation is by invitation or by applying for selection. Applications for selection can only be made via the website. The registration deadline will be stated on the site.

Huntenkunst has its own selection committee with an international membership. This committee operates as an independent body and bears full responsibility for the selection process. Participation is open to artists and galleries whose work is of a professional standard.

The selection criteria are based on quality, contemporary design, consistency and diversity. Huntenkunst is an event dedicated to contemporary visual art. For this reason, the selection committee does not accept entries comprising jewellery.

The organisers will draw up a final layout of the hall (subject to change). Allocation of spaces will be based on this layout. An overview of this is available on the website and at the information stand, and will be sent to you in good time.

You may present your work on a 2×2.50 m white wall. Each wall is 2.50 m high. The unit comes with 1 table, 2 chairs and a set of 10 hooks, each approximately 20 cm long. These fit over the edge of the unit, to which you can attach your own display system.

At the end of the art event, both the table and chairs must be left in the empty unit. The deposit will be refunded once the unit has been approved.

The organisation provides 10 hooks that can be hung over the edge of the panels.

These are S-shaped and approximately 15 centimetres long. You can hang your work on them or continue working using hanging systems.

We can provide a power supply.

This consists of a cable with a single connection point. You will need to arrange extension leads, power strips and lighting yourself.

There are costs associated with the use and installation of electricity.
