Huntenkunst Terms and Conditions

The organisation of Huntenkunst is managed by the Huntenkunst Foundation.
The event takes place in the SSP hall on the DRU site in Ulft.

Participation
Participation is by invitation or by applying for selection. Applications for selection can only be made via the website. The registration deadline will be stated on the site.

Huntenkunst has its own selection committee with an international composition. This committee functions as an independent body and bears full responsibility for the selection process. Participation is open to artists and galleries producing work of a professional standard.

The selection is based on quality, contemporary design, consistency and diversity. Huntenkunst is an event for contemporary visual art. For this reason, the selection committee does not accept entries of jewellery.

Registration process

Not yet registered = selection process; register for the selection process via the form on the website

Approved by the selection committee = register via the form sent to you.

The units
The organisers will draw up a final layout of the hall (subject to change). Allocation of spaces will be based on this layout. An overview of this will be available on the website and at the information stand, and will be sent to you in good time.

You may present your work on a 2×2.50 m white wall. Each wall is 2.50 m high. The unit comes with 1 table, 2 chairs and a set of 10 hooks, each approximately 20 cm long. These fit over the edge of the unit, to which you can attach your own display system.

At the end of the art event, both the table and chairs must be present in the empty unit. The deposit will be refunded once the unit has been approved.

Liability
Participation in Huntenkunst is at your own risk. The organisers are not liable for any personal and/or business damage resulting from your participation in Huntenkunst. Participants must arrange their own personal and/or business insurance.

The works are not insured by Huntenkunst and you cannot therefore make a claim against Huntenkunst in the event of damage. First aid is available during the day and there is security in the hall at night.

Information
All participating artists and organisations will be listed on our website. By registering, you give us permission to retain your details so that we may contact you in the future. This permission remains in force until you indicate that you wish to withdraw it. Submitted images must be

free of copyright and may be used by us for PR purposes.
