We look back on a very successful edition of Huntenkunst 2025. For three days, lots of people knew where to find the SSP hall, filled with high-level art.
On Friday, it kicked off with an atmospheric opening. Speeches by chairman Harrie Schenning, Alderman Janine Kock and Latvian ambassador Ms Solvita Āboltiņa.
She put all Latvian artists in the spotlight and provided a nice surprise in the form of Latvian beer.
We are going full steam ahead for an edition in 2026 where we have to wait and see how the Oude IJsselstreek municipality wants to proceed with the SSP hall. We greatly appreciate a petition from the many artists in support.
