The organisation of Huntenkunst is in the hands of Stichting Huntenkunst.
The event will take place in the SSP hall on the DRU site in Ulft.
Participation
Participation is possible by invitation or by registering for ballotage. Balloting is only possible by registering via the website. The deadline for registration will be mentioned on the website.
Huntenkunst has its own balloting committee with an international composition. It functions as an independent body and bears full responsibility for the selection. Participation is open to artists and galleries with work on a professional level.
Quality, contemporary design, consistency and diversity are assumed. Huntenkunst is an event for contemporary visual arts. Therefore, the balloting committee objects to participation with jewellery.

The units
A final layout of the hall will be drawn up by the organisation (subject to change). Based on this, seating arrangements will take place. An overview is available on the website and in the information stand and will be sent in good time.
You can present the work on 2×2.50 m of white wall. Each wall is 2.50 m high. The unit comes with 1 table and 2 chairs and a set of 10 hooks of about 20 cm. These fit over the edge of the unit. You can attach your own system to these.
At the end of the art event, both table and chairs should be in the empty unit. The deposit will be refunded when the unit is approved.
